Got perfectly clean comfort double room with comfortable bed when arrived, really enjoyed that. Our breakfast was tasty with sweet. The staff were incredible and knew how to help😃

The hotel is conveniently located, slightly outside the center but close to highways. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big windows and lots of light. The hotel also offers a wellness area and free parking.

The restaurant being closed on certain evenings should be better communicated in the hotel information.

Close to stadium, the prices for a 4* were good, hence we ate breakfast and dinner there all three days. The bar prices were also good.

On the Saturday night, a waitress accidently poured a lot of beer over my husband`s shirt and trousers, which he had to change immediately.The cleaning service could not be accommodated because of time, OK. On the Sunday evening I asked the reception for a bottle of water for the room, to be told that only one bottle per visit was put in the room, a bit stingy. I thought there may have been a slight discount on the bill to accommodate dry cleaning now that we are home, but we paid in full.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was truly impressed. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the nearby congress centre. It made attending my event hassle-free. The staff here are exceptional, providing top-notch service from the moment I arrived. They even offered to move my car so that I could park conveniently.

A great hotel very close to the congress center, central park and a 15 minute walk from city center. Free parking and great breakfast (not included).

Corridor noises could be heard in the room, the Wi-Fi was expensive (didn't use it), the double room had 2 separate beds.

We were in Bochum for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was exceptionally clean with so excellent location away from the theatre. Great-sized and bright room with comfortable bed was enjoyable.

Great location- close to the theatre and easily accessible via taxi from the city center. Friendly and welcoming staff- all speak fluent English which helped a lot. Clean and comfortable rooms with a lift for easy access. Good variety of dishes offered at the restaurant and a nice breakfast buffet.

Limited parking availability- had to squeeze our car into a tight space due to full parking bays and cars blocking others. Limited dining options in the area- best to eat at the hotel as there aren't many other choices nearby.
